Irrigation Orders Using the WHLA website

This site provides an online order form. Fill out the information and click Submit. When you click Submit, ensure that the order information disappears from the page and that “Thank you for contacting us! Your order has been received!” appears at the top of the page. If you do not see  “Thank you for contacting us! Your order has been received!” and still see the order form, something in one of the fields is incorrect, and the order did not go through.

Online Irrigation Order option – 
Irrigation Orders can be completed on the website irrigation page. If you do not feel comfortable using the website, you can send an email using whlapoa@gmail.com. Please be sure to include your name, lot number, hours, and instructions (e.g., this order only,  standing order list, etc). When you email the WHLA email address, you should receive an automated reply confirming your email was received.

Signup Orders – 
Not currently available. Website Submissions, Email, and ION’s system ordering are the only options available.

Standing Orders – 
Please review the irrigation schedule sent to members and ensure we have your standing order entered correctly. We try to keep the software and the website synchronized each time we schedule irrigation. With changes in weather, we are going to have more standing order changes and need your help to make sure changes are not missed.

• All Irrigation Orders must be prepaid.
• Funds must be received prior to Wednesday the week of the order.
